Fashion brand GANT is ready to accelerate its digital business with Dept
Nowadays, most companies have an abundance of data which comes from multiple sources, at their disposal. Now, many of us store our data in the cloud or in a Data Management Platform. However, simply storing data is not enough to bring value to it. In order to take your data to the next level, brands need to leverage their data to activate and monetise it. But how do you start? Start small, tackle a specific challenge and create a proof of concept in a week’s time.
GANT’s digital presence is already strong. To further fuel this growth and to be on par with current digital experience developments, it has set ambitious goals for itself and aims to be a future-proof brand both online and offline. The fashion brand will migrate its shopping platform to make room for omnichannel experiences and increased personalisation. GANT has selected Dept to support them in this process from start to finish, as the international digital agency has extensive experience with commerce platforms for clients such as Canyon, Bugaboo, and Marc O’Polo.
Peter Beckius, Global E-Commerce Director at GANT: “We felt it was time to renew our platform, to capture all E-Commerce possibilities and embrace a better digital customer experience. We want to inspire new and loyal customers with an updated brand experience and fully meet today’s digital expectations. Having Dept by our side in this process has been great and we’re looking forward to go-live very soon.”
“By combining GANT’s knowledge of their brand and customers with our tech and design expertise, we’ll bring GANT’s platform to the next level”, says Joep Roosen, Managing Director at Dept. “The use of Page Designer brings about a more personal experience for the customer and offers greater customisation and localization for the different websites of GANT. Lastly, we’re going to incorporate the Salesforce OMS system as one of the first ones in Europe, making integrations more fluid and optimising customer service. Many exciting things to come.”
