DEPT® boosts end-to-end commerce and marketing services with new Salesforce generative AI offering

Today at Salesforce Connections, global digital agency DEPT® announced an expansion of its integrated end-to-end commerce and marketing services. This expansion includes working with Salesforce to build a generative AI ecosystem with new accelerators, large language and data models, and integrations to help brands implement Salesforce’s latest generative AI product offerings: Marketing GPT and Commerce GPT.

DEPT®’s commerce and marketing services already account for 30% of global revenues and the agency has created pioneering digital experiences for brands like Therabody, vineyard vines and Under Armour. To support the expansion of its Salesforce practice and focus on AI, US-based commerce agency Melon/DEPT® will unite with DEPT®’s existing commerce and technology teams under a single brand effective today. Melon, which joined DEPT® in December 2022, has a strong presence in North America with headquarters in Chicago, and continues to expand its team and clients across South America through its headquarters in Argentina.
