At the heart of the project is customer proximity: the new website aims not only to make complex insurance information easier to access, but also to place strong emphasis on personal consultation, whether online or at one of the 160 locations across Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. With the new platform, CONCORDIA is migrating to Adobe Experience Manager in the cloud, combining user-friendly design with modern architecture and flexibility – enabling users to access the information and services they need more easily and quickly.
