FC Internazionale Milano launches digital loyalty platform INTERISTA
Inter has launched INTERISTA: the official loyalty platform of the football club, created for millions of fans across Italy and the world.
Global digital agency DEPT® was responsible for the complete design process of this new digital environment, which focuses on experience, personalization, and visual impact. Some weeks after the official launch the loyalty program has already attracted over 350,000 registrations.
With INTERISTA, Inter is transforming traditional fan loyalty into a digital, interactive gamification experience. At its core is a level-based system that rewards fans for their engagement with the club.
DEPT® translated Inter’s rich history into a digital experience and created a dynamic design that feels fresh and accessible, while fully aligned with the club’s global identity.
AI as the foundation of the loyalty platform
A standout feature of the platform is the introduction of ‘INTERISTA Players’ – AI-generated avatars that allow users to wear the nerazzurri colours and enjoy a gamified experience. These digital ambassadors were created using Midjourney and animated through the FloraFauna AI Suite, guiding users through their platform journey with a personal, playful, and visually distinctive experience.

Beyond visual innovation, DEPT® embraced a tactile approach to digital rewards. Badges and coins feature sophisticated 3D aesthetics enhanced with subtle animations, transforming achievements into genuinely rewarding moments.
