This role is at the center of our Holding team in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. We’ve got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, and Marketing. JOB PURPOSE

For our People Team in The Netherlands, we are looking for a new colleague who is ready for the next step within a fast-growing, international organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnering up with the leadership of your business team to bring DEPT®’s vision on people-related topics (e.g. culture, succession planning, learning & development, health & wellbeing, etc.) to life;
  • Leading projects like Great Place to Work and the yearly employee satisfaction analysis, and proactively facilitating initiatives that come out of these projects;
  • Supporting the leadership team of your business unit with complex organisational and personnel challenges;
  • Following trends within the market and translating them to new benefits/opportunities for our Depsters;
  • Discovering the learning needs of the Depsters in your business unit and taking ownership in developing training programs (in collaboration with our Learning & Development Coordinator) that suit those needs;
  • Making sure that everything you do contributes to our people KPIs: happy Depsters, voluntary attrition, and health & well-being;
  • Leading and further developing the skills of your direct report (a People Generalist), with whom you will support your business team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You are an experienced HR Business partner, preferably within a digital agency / the tech industry;
  • You have knowledge of Dutch labour law;
  • You are punctual, proactive, have a positive attitude and can work independently;
  • You can bring your fresh thinking and energy to the team with a can-do mentality;
  • You can communicate clearly and take ownership over your actions;
  • You have a working proficiency of both Dutch and English.
