Operations Manager

For our office in London, we’re looking for the ultimate smooth operator. Someone who’s capable of perfectly overseeing all projects, is data driven and who knows exactly what they need from an administrative point of view. Simply put, you’re the superpower behind our operation! 


As an Operations Manager, checking and adjusting the project administration of our account managers is what you do best. You will make sure that all projects are administered in the right way in our tools and systems, check booked hours and support the invoicing process. Being this smooth isn’t everyone’s strong suit — but you’re not everyone. 


  • Manage the project administration in our PSA System (DEPT® Apps);
  • Check order lines vs budgets/ PO-numbers/ signed proposals & invoice status;
  • Create intercompany order lines and budgets;
  • Check and flag over-/underrun and false bookings on projects, supplier invoices and costs;
  • Own and improve our Timesheet review process;
  • Own and improve our Fixed Term Contracts Extensions process;
  • Own and improve our leave management and in particular Holiday Balances process;
  • Supporting Sr. Operations Manager with and/or owning ad-hoc projects orientated around operational efficiency and excellence. 


  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role;
  • Strong communication skills and proven experience communicating with senior stakeholders;
  • Process & data driven and experience in analyzing data / trends / feedback and translate this into solutions / process improvements;
  • Are commercially driven and have a ton of analytical insight;
  • Are practical, have a hands-on mentality, and are a problem-solver;
  • Are fluent in English;
  • Know how to work both independently and in a team; 
  • Have an assertive attitude;
  • Are quick in understanding tools like DEPT® Apps (PSA system) or Salesforce;
  • Are available full time (32-40 hours p/w) and can start immediately.
