During his physics studies at the TU-Delft, Bart had his first experiences with internet technology and the world wide web. The university network was the perfect playground to experiment with. So when his brother Paul approached him with the idea to start a business ‘building digital catalogues for electronics wholesalers on the internet’, he was on board quickly, intrigued by the real world opportunities of this exciting new technology. Together they founded TamTam in 1996 and quickly broadened their offering to design and build websites, and realised that whatever direction the internet would evolve, there would always be a need for an agency helping organisations be successful online. Fast forward 24 years and this still holds true, just at a bigger scale.
