Irving is a creative global leader. Currently, he leads the development and management of strategic partnerships, and global expansion at B Lab. He has professional and lived experience working with multicultural teams and populations, with a proven record of value creation in the impact ecosystem. In addition to his role, Irving is a founding member of B Lab’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, and hosts B Lab’s podcast Forces for Good. Irving also currently chairs the arts and culture committee at the William Way LGBT Community Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Pooja Dindigal

Global Head of Impact at DEPT®

Pooja leads sustainability & impact for global digital agency DEPT®. Before joining DEPT®, she had been with B Lab, the non profit behind B Corp Certification for over 6 years, where she helped to grow the B Corp Movement & advise leading businesses on their sustainability & impact journey. Pooja has a deep passion for addressing the intersections of climate change & equity for all people. She’s an amateur outdoorist, pop culture & food lover.

Kathy Guis

EVP, Investments at Kiva

As Executive Vice President, Investments, Kathy Guis leads Kiva’s global investment team, covering Kiva’s crowdfunded and institutional investment activities in financial services and social enterprises.
