DEPT® Appoints Irene de Vos as VP of Growth
DEPT®, the Growth Invention Company, today announced the appointment of Irene de Vos as VP of Growth in the Netherlands, effective May 1, 2026.
De Vos joins from Hearts & Science (Omnicom), where she served as Managing Director, and brings more than 20 years of experience integrating technology, data, and creativity in the service of full-funnel growth.
This hire signals a significant investment in DEPT®’s commercial engine as the company doubles down on its positioning as The Growth Invention Company. De Vos will lead a regional growth team tasked with building a structured, proactive new business engine and expanding existing partnerships across Benelux and Nordics, including with Dutch household names such as Praxis, bol, and ING.
De Vos brings a career that spans both sides of the industry
Beyond her commercial track record, de Vos brings a career that spans both sides of the industry — from client-side roles at brands like Basic-Fit and T-Mobile, to senior agency positions including Head of Strategy & Growth at OMD Netherlands (Omnicom) and Director of Consumer Insights & Database Marketing at Air Miles. Her work spans both global and well-known local brands – including Philips, L’Oréal, McDonalds, Versuni and Yazen Health – helping them connect business strategy with creative, technology, and execution to navigate complexity and achieve sustainable growth. She is also a member of Topvrouwen.nl, advocating for gender diversity in corporate leadership.
