Nilfisk, a world leader in professional cleaning solutions and services, has selected DEPT® to engineer a new e-commerce platform that will enrich the customer experience and facilitate future growth.

A future-ready
e-commerce solution

Nilfisk has selected DEPT®’s team in Denmark to conceptualise the organisation’s vision of a future-ready e-commerce solution, develop a strategic roadmap, and execute the entire e-commerce platform, from design to implementation.

“We are thrilled to partner with DEPT® to bring our e-commerce ambitions to life,” says Rasmus Roeijen Kjeldsen, Senior Manager Global B2B eCommerce at Nilfisk. “Throughout the sourcing process, we have been impressed with the holistic approach demonstrated by the DEPT® team, covering profound technical skills as well as a deep understanding of both our business- and platform needs.”

“Nilfisk came to us with a challenge that we so often see our clients facing: a legacy technical infrastructure that is no longer fit-for-purpose and hinders growth potential,” said Mark van den Beij, Global Client Partner at DEPT®. “With our broad engineering experience across leading commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and headless technologies, teamed with our leading expertise in user experience design, we are excited to support Nilfisk in taking its commerce experience to the next level.

DEPT® will be partnering with the Nilfisk team to re-platform Nilfisk onto Salesforce’s B2B composable commerce platform, revamping the user interface, enhancing the overall user experience, and optimising platform performance.

With a team of more than 4,000 digital specialists across 5 continents, partnerships with all the leading technology providers, and twenty years of experience in developing technical architecture for manufacturers and B2B companies, DEPT® has supported many global businesses to become digital leaders in their industries.
