As a company with the combined capabilities of creativity, data, and technology, we have the tools to innovate and improve lives. That is why it is our mission to have a positive impact on not just our people and our clients, but on society as a whole. This is our motivation every day. For the work we create for our clients, as well as the environment and culture we create for our Depsters – one that is progressive, open, supportive, and diverse.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
It is hugely important for us to continue to build upon our diverse culture. We are lucky to have 65+ nationalities represented at Dept, and we work hard to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. We also know that we can always do better. That’s why we actively work to further diversify our teams at all levels.
We try to do our part to take care of our world through our commitment to green initiatives; recycling our rubbish, green energy, meatless mondays and festivals, sustainable hosting and more. Our US and Argentina offices have been certified Climate Neutral, and our goal is for all Dept offices worldwide to be climate neutral by January 2021.
