Commerce leaders are being asked to solve two problems at once.
They’re under pressure to modernise platforms, data, and operating models today, while preparing for a future where AI agents increasingly influence what gets discovered, trusted, and bought. The challenge isn’t choosing between efficiency and innovation. It’s managing both, at the same time.
This Future Club roundtable is designed for leaders operating inside that tension. In partnership with Shopify, we’re convening a small, invitation-only group of senior commerce leaders from leading brands for an off-the-record, peer-to-peer discussion on how enterprise commerce is actually evolving.
This is not a presentation-led session. The value comes from the room. Participants will learn from one another—sharing how they’re approaching replatforming, data unification, AI readiness, and organisational change today, while quietly preparing for an agentic commerce future.
The discussion will focus on real decisions, trade-offs, and lessons learned by teams already ahead of the curve. The format is intentionally intimate. Short framing to set context, followed by open discussion under Chatham House rules.
DEPT® Future Club roundtable. Limited seats. By invitation or application only.
You’ll leave with clearer perspective, early insight from peers facing similar scale and complexity, and a stronger network of leaders shaping what’s next in commerce.
