It turned to DEPT® when it wanted to expand its e-commerce channel and migrate it to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Personalisation, testing and segmentation ensure users receive a relevant shopping experience, that is optimised by real-customer ratings and reviews, powered by Trustpilot. Checkout is a swift and easy process; payment is made via express checkout and standard PayPal. Address lookup functionality enables UK customers to complete delivery and billing information with ease.
Often, discretion is key to Ann Summer’s customers, so the retailer offers multiple delivery options. Users can choose between an anonymous delivery to their chosen address, or have the option for click and collect to one of its high street stores. Cross-border fulfilment is available for applicable products. Payments are also discreet, with bank statements listing the transaction as AS Ltd.
