Our Dublin team requires a Content Strategist with exceptional UX writing skills. 

We offer excellent flexibility around working from home and working remotely, many of our “Dublin” staff are based all across Ireland.

 

In this role you will help us plan, write and maintain user-centred content for clients across a range of industries and sectors. You’ll work alongside a team of experts who build award-winning applications and sites (we were nominated for 23 webby awards this year).

Our content projects range from large scale websites to product microcopy. We often need to deliver under tight deadlines and within technological constraints. We're looking for a candidate who can be resourceful, flexible, prioritise their work and who understands the value of good content.

You will work with our Dublin team to help create seamless online experiences. You will use insights from user research and client goals to help devise content strategies and deliver clear, concise digital content. 

You will work closely with our UX, Design, Project Management and Development teams and help mentor content team members. You enjoy collaboration, problem solving and working as part of a large project team.

As an advocate for user-focussed content, you're adept at applying content design principles and an expert in translating difficult concepts into plain language content. Through your writing, you can effectively balance user needs with client goals and are comfortable discussing strategic decisions with client stakeholders.

You will be at home developing and applying content strategies, tone of voice guidelines and style guides. You will have experience working on a wide range of content projects, from optimising single pages to transforming entire websites.

 

You have:

  • the ability to create rich user journeys using content design principles
  • experience devising content strategies
  • excellent plain language writing and editing skills
  • experience delivering client workshops to define user needs and tasks
  • experience working with multiple clients and stakeholders
  • experience writing website content for a range of subject matters
  • the ability to optimise existing content to improve comprehension and usability
  • an understanding of analytics and SEO fundamentals

Desirable but not essential:

Experience working with multiple content management systems.
