As a Tech Recruiter (m/f/div) you are responsible for helping us find the right tech talent for various positions within DEPT®. You will play an important role in devising and implementing ways to attract passive candidates and in building and maintaining a network of potential candidates to quickly fill positions with the right tech talent. Once you've found these candidates, it's your job to screen, interview and guide them through the entire process. You are the first point of contact for the candidate on the one hand and the hiring manager in your business team on the other. Tech Recruiters at DEPT® are more than recruiters, they are business partners who can advise hiring managers about their hiring needs. DEPT® is growing incredibly fast, it's your job to contribute to this growth by finding the right people and building teams that can contribute to the growth of DEPT®.


  • Have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for Tech and Data roles
  • Have proven experience in placing candidates in in-house positions up to senior and lead level
  • Love active sourcing and know the national and international candidate market
  • Know how to use interview techniques to find suitable candidates
  • Have a great passion for the topic of recruiting 
  • Have a good command of social media platforms, which you use to find new ways of recruiting
  • Have high expectations of your work and a desire to question processes and rethink them
  • Have a very good command of German and English
  • Are performance-oriented and keep an eye not only on the candidates, but also on your own objectives
  • Are characterized by a high level of initiative, reliability, creativity and the ability to work in a team
  • Like to inspire and have excellent communication skills and presentation skills
