To reinforce our teams in Zürich we are seeking to recruit a Programmatic Campaign Manager (80-100%) to start immediately or by agreement.

As a Programmatic Campaign Manager you are responsible within your team for the operational and strategic handling of complex customer projects, mandates and campaigns. In this position, you will cultivate and deepen your professional specializations and at the same time build up more competences in further topics and areas. You will recognize and use interfaces between your core discipline and other specialist areas as well as teams and develop solutions together.

Your tasks

  • Strategic and operational display advertising planning and programmatic purchase of digital advertising volumes
  • Independent conception, creation and implementation of data-driven programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Design and implementation of dynamic creatives, dealing with feeds
  • Strategic customer consulting
  • Campaigns monitoring and optimization according to defined objectives
  • Campaign evaluations and reporting, derivation of strategic customer recommendations
  • Budget responsibility
  • Cost effective analysis of campaigns according to defined KPIs
  • Cooperation with internal units (consulting, advertising, analytics, sales)

Your profile

  • A higher education degree with marketing studies
  • First professional experiences in online marketing, in one of the following areas:
    • programmatic media purchasing
    • display campaign management, ad operations, AdServer management
    • dynamic creatives, dealing with feeds
    • display account management
  • Analytical flair
  • Great willingness to learn new things and drive them forward
  • High level of initiative, responsibility and customer focus
  • Teamwork and proactive communication are not empty phrases for you
  • You work in a structured and forward-looking manner and you are used to questioning things
  • Tricky tasks inspire you
  • Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage
  • Ideally we’d expect:
    • understanding of tracking systems as well as the conception of conversion tracking setups and tagging
    • experience with the Google Marketing Platform
    • knowledge of the Swiss advertising and online media landscape
