ABOUT YOU
The Programmatic Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Programmatic Account Manager with online advertising campaigns across Google Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, Brightroll, and Display and Video 360, and others as needed. The Programmatic Account Coordinator is responsible for adhering to DEPT® best practices and developing and maintaining solid display knowledge.
You will need to be quick on your feet, able to adapt to an ever changing, fast-paced, growing environment, and handle critical tasks that enable growth for our customers.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of display marketing
- Develop technical skills in Excel, 3rd party tools, and display platforms
- Use display platforms and 3rd party tools to pull client reports
- Build campaigns and distribute tags
- Work on ad hoc tasks delegated by the Account Manager or client
- Multitask
- Keep current on marketing blogs
- Understand creative types
You’ll need to have:
- Approximately 6+ months to 1.5 years of display media experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on time
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients
- Ability to handle changing priorities
Additional things that will impress us:
- Experience trading in a demand-side platform (DSP)
- Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends
- Detail oriented and organized
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Ability to pick up computer skills
- Ability to keep a cool head and positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts

The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,000 – $75,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
