Front Desk Manager or Working Student Front Desk Management (m/f/div)

For our office in Cologne we are looking for a Front Desk Manager or Working Student Front Desk Management (m/f/div) who ensures a smooth workflow in our agency with an overview and good humor.

As Front Desk Manager or Working Student Front Desk Management (m/f/div) you are the good soul of our agency and together with your colleagues you create a working environment in which everyone feels comfortable. DEPT® is characterized by a unique atmosphere in which you are the first contact in the office.

You are responsible for the reception and telephone support, take over organizational and administrative office tasks and are responsible for the well-being of our colleagues, as well as the planning and implementation of various internal support requests. You support your colleagues in the preparatory accounting and are always a competent contact person for us.

Compact and precise, what we are looking for:

  • In Office Management, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, customers and service providers at our Cologne office
  • Reception activities, because we make you feel directly at home
  • Travel bookings for national and international trips of our colleagues
  • Purchasing management and accounting, so that all Depsters are always well provided for
  • Preparatory accounting, because you will be the interface to other teams, such as the finance team. Your focus will be to support and assist the finance team in the following areas
  • Support/coordination of team meetings, as well as team events and support of team requests


  • Cologne


  • Can work 20 to 25 hours per week
  • Can work 2 to 3 times a week in the afternoon
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the field of office management or reception
  • Possess a friendly and self-confident manner
  • Are characterized by service orientation and organizational skills
  • Are neat, reliable and conscientious
  • Have strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Have a high sense of responsibility and work independently
  • Approach new tasks proactively and pragmatically
  • Communicate confidently in German and English
