As a Senior Account Manager you work in your day to day with some of our largest accounts and it is important to build good relationships with them. You are responsible for keeping our current customers happy and ensuring that we work with responsible strategists and creatives to produce the best possible work. We need you to inspire our customers with the endless possibilities we can offer them to grow their business. Together with them, you devise what kind of solution best suits their business. Extensive experience in (digital) advertising is required for this role, including the “battle scars” that come with it!

For this role we are looking for someone who speaks English fluently and that has experience with a multi-market set up.

YOU:

  • Have +/- 4-6 years of experience as an Account Manager within big agencies such as DEPT® (required);

Business Developer

Dept Holding NL

For our Global Partnership Sales team, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Developer who will help us further build out our Salesforce Practice by spotting new opportunities and following upon them. This is an internationally-minded role where you sit in a team that manages our most important Tech Partnership.

As Business Developer you are a part of the DEPT® Salesforce team and you work together with Account Directors and Account Managers with creating strategic account hit lists, following up on leads, reviewing marketing campaigns, setting up customer appointments, and eventually bringing new projects in. Internally, you are the linking pin between the NL, UK, DE, and DK team when it comes to Sales, and externally you are one of DEPT®’s most important representatives towards our tech partner Salesforce. 

This is a role where you take ownership and work with Executive stakeholders, but you are not a lone wolf. You have a team of specialists around you, who you can team up with and ask for support.

You like to make contact with strangers and networking is in your DNA. You are a consultative seller and can do that in flawless English. We expect you to be commercial (and preferably already have commercial experience) and to be proactive in spotting opportunities.

YOU:

  • You have good communication skills, are not afraid to present and you can network like the best (please demonstrate how you do that);
  • Know how to qualify leads with asking the right questions (BANT or similar) 
  • Are a Consultative seller.
  • Have  at least a couple of years of commercial experience in the digital world and can tell a story about your best win;
  • You are tech-savvy, know what Cloud technology and/or (Salesforce) CRM is, having worked with it or sold it.
  • Have an affinity with social media, advertising, and technology;
  • Are ambitious and eager to learn;
  • Knows how to structure your approach;
  • Masters the English language in word and writing (Dutch or German are nice to have);
