Senior Salesforce Sales Manager

Dept has a strong relationship with Salesforce globally and a wide range of strong case studies. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who can harness our global experience to grow our UK Salesforce practice. 

You will look after our prospects in the sales process and represent us at national and international networking events, basecamps or trade fairs. You constantly monitor the market and familiarize yourself with the solutions of the Salesforce Marketing and Commerce products.

We are looking for creative, talented and seasoned experts: those who feel comfortable in an inspiring environment and would rather think about tomorrow than about yesterday. 

Relationship management

  • Speak to all the Salesforce AE’s that are relevant at least once a month (most relevant ones, bi-weekly)
  • Make an Account mapping and keep track of the actions with each AE individually. 
  • Win the leads that Salesforce gives to us by collaborating with the AE’s on Leads/opportunities at a very early stage.
  • Make sure Dept is top of the list of partners to contact in the Salesforce Sales teams
  • Make sure we tag all new opportunities in the partner portal, so we get compensated for them

 

Business Development

  • Make sure Salesforce and all it’s products are top of mind with all the AM’s and Sales leaders inside the Dept teams.
  • Spot cross and upsell opportunities by knowing what’s going on at accounts 
  • Align with Marketing to put the right content out and organise webinars about (and together with) Salesforce. 
  • Make sure we grow as a Partner based on the Salesforce Partner Value score. (Annual sold licenses, Csat scores, certifications)
  • Create a UK wide Salesforce practice inside Dept, aligning with the different teams, to see how we can grow together.

  • Senior technical consultancy for clients
  • Plan and deliver technical workshops with clients face-to-face or remotely in order to uncover current implementations and new platform requirements
  • Partner with client services to plan, prepare and execute strategically to encourage prospective enterprise clients to invest in our innovative solutions
  • Understand client requirements to best support them and provide optimally customised solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful technical presentations and demonstrations that clearly explain our solution

For our Manchester office, we are looking for a Front End Developer that can successfully transform the dream design of our clients into a well-functioning platform.

As a member of the front end team, you will work on a variety of global digital projects for high profile B2B and B2C brands. You will build mobile-first, cross-browser compatible, high performing websites and strive to look for better tools and techniques to introduce into the workplace. You will work heavily with React as well as other technologies on in-flight projects, and will provide training to make sure you’re up-to-date with the latest technologies. We are looking for a Paid Search Manager to join us in helping our clients with their paid search campaigns by setting up, running and optimising Paid Search Campaigns. We work across a range of clients in both B2C & B2B.

Working with the Paid Search team, your responsibilities will include keyword research, campaign ad copy creation, implementation, testing, campaign optimisation,  performance analysis, reporting and competitor benchmarking. You will use key programs such as Google Ads, Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics. You will support analysis and reporting on all PPC campaigns for all clients throughout the year. You will edit and review all ad campaign copy to ensure it delivers the maximum ROI. You will be eager to learn and keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across PPC and Paid Media. We are looking for someone who would enjoy expanding your work into additional channels.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Act as the Client Lead within the agency
  • Take the lead in client situations to ensure the best outcome for the agency and the client
  • Effective communication with clients to update them on changes to strategies, activity and projects
  • Direct all aspects of your account and constantly ensure the PMs are supported and in flight projects reviewed
  • Understand client’s objectives and interests, and the environment in which they, their customers and their competitors operate and propose innovative solutions to help them achieve them
  • Work with the relevant teams to create and deliver digital marketing strategy for clients, including regular measurement, review, and refinement
  • Work with the team to articulate and visualise a strategic direction that addresses the client'score challenge from a customer point of view
  • Work with clients and internal specialists to create digital roadmaps
  • Analyse campaign data and provide recommendations for future campaigns
  • Think proactively to ensure potential opportunities for your clients are explored
  • Work well across a variety of skilled teams to execute projects

Business Analyst/Product Owner

For our Manchester office we are looking for a Business Analyst/Product Owner to join the Product Team working on projects across multiple client accounts, both big and small, across a number of technologies. You’ll be working collaboratively as part of a close knit, fully integrated team to build and maintain world-class websites.

As a Business Analyst/Product Owner you will take the lead of product development teams providing vision and direction to both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with other team leads and clients to prepare the appropriate tasks for the design and development teams by gathering and developing requirements. You will then be responsible for planning, prioritising and maintaining the product backlog and roadmap. 

You will take ownership of medium/large projects and act as the product advocate for both users and clients ensuring that users get the best possible experience and that the client’s business requirements are met ensuring a positive ROI. As part of building excellent products, you will be expected to plan and deliver workshops with all levels of stakeholders to elicit requirements.

Mentorship is an important part of the role. You will be assigned a mentee who you can guide your development as a Business Analyst/Product Owner and help with any related training, learning & development.

You should be able to build excellent relationships with both colleagues and clients alike.
