    • SOLR, Lucene and Elasticsearch provide the search capability for the CMS platforms we integrate with.

We are looking for a Paid Search Manager to join us in helping our clients with their paid search campaigns by setting up, running and optimising Paid Search Campaigns. We work across a range of clients in both B2C & B2B.

Working with the Paid Search team, your responsibilities will include keyword research, campaign ad copy creation, implementation, testing, campaign optimisation,  performance analysis, reporting and competitor benchmarking. You will use key programs such as Google Ads, Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics. You will support analysis and reporting on all PPC campaigns for all clients throughout the year. You will edit and review all ad campaign copy to ensure it delivers the maximum ROI. You will be eager to learn and keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across PPC and Paid Media.   • Are a skilled Solutions Architect or experienced Senior Developer who is experienced in developing large Content Managed websites and online commerce stores;
  • Have experience of working on enterprise .Net projects, integrating with multiple 3rd party systems;
  • Have expert knowledge of .Net and ideally JavaScript;
  • Have knowledge of client-side frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS and AngularJS;

As a Principal Developer you will be “the expert” on the team, responsible for designing the underlying solution architecture and overseeing development all the way to production. YOU:
  • Are a skilled Solutions Architect or experienced Senior Developer who is experienced in developing large Content Managed websites and online commerce stores;
  • Have experience of working on enterprise .Net projects, integrating with multiple 3rd party systems;
  • Have expert knowledge of .Net and ideally JavaScript;
  • Have knowledge of client-side frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS and AngularJS;
  • Are fully capable of designing, owning, and running the technical implementation of a complex project with multiple integrations or challenges;

Responsibilities:

  • Senior technical consultancy for clients
  • Plan and deliver technical workshops with clients face-to-face or remotely in order to uncover current implementations and new platform requirements
  • Partner with client services to plan, prepare and execute strategically to encourage prospective enterprise clients to invest in our innovative solutions
  • Understand client requirements to best support them and provide optimally customised solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful technical presentations and demonstrations that clearly explain our solution
  • Run internal workshops and knowledge sharing sessions
  • Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoC) exercises
  • Support with technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
