We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect who will take our fast growing Salesforce practice to the next level. 

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect you are part of the Marketing Automation teams in Germany and the Netherlands. We have a bunch of great technical consultants, campaign consultants and email specialists in these teams already. Looking at the growth of the team and the potential of this field, we are looking for a Lead for our technical marketing automation consultants. A Lead who takes the content of the team to the next level in the role of architect and who can propagate our proposition both internally and towards customers. 

In addition to your work as a Lead, you are also active as a Marketing Cloud Solution Architect and you devise and configure automation solutions that help our customers achieve their goals. By combining your technical knowledge and experience with a sense of business, you arrive at the best technical solutions for our customers. You have experience with tooling such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and can devise solutions for our customers to combine product feeds, customer databases, web content and insights about click behaviour, so that you can create personal flows that entice the end customer to convert. You can also clearly articulate the solutions you have come up with to help our customer go one step further.

  • People: You are responsible for the substantive development of the people in your team. They work for a wide range of customers and you help them in the field of substantive knowledge, quality and communication. 
  • Structure and processes: We are growing fast and that is not always structured, not even with our Marketing Automation team. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect you create and monitor the structure we need, and you help to set up (or adapt) the processes in such a way that your team achieves the objectives and the customer is satisfied and that everything goes as efficiently as possible. 
  • Commerce: Marketing Automation can provide great added value, but it also requires an investment from the customer to do so. You are actively looking at the commercial possibilities within the technical side of Marketing Automation. You think with and for customers about problems and solutions that can be solved by means of Marketing Automation. You understand how to translate a technical solution into its added value for the customer.
  • Strategy: Our field is developing rapidly, new tools are popping up like mushrooms and new use cases are available every day. What are we investing in, what is our focus? You set out the vision for all these issues together with the team. 

YOU:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience with the technology behind Marketing Automation and can talk about it in clear, convincing language;
  • You understand what is needed to implement and configure Marketing Automation tooling and how to integrate it with other systems;
  • Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and some certificates in your name;
  • You have an advantage if you also have other Salesforce certificates (Sales or Service Cloud);
  • You have an advantage if you have experience with CDP systems (Salesforce CDP or Interaction Studio)
  • You are aware of the latest developments in web personalization and the cookie-less future;
  • Have experience in supervising and coaching colleagues;
  • Are proactive. You help and build our Technical Marketing Automation proposition;
  • Have a commercial drive, and know how to explain this perfectly to our customer;
  • Masters the English language in word and writing (and score bonus points if you can speak German or Dutch);
  • Have experience at a digital agency (pre).

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer / Researcher to join our Experience Design team in Manchester. Our Experience Design team is a mixed discipline of UX Specialists, Product Owners and Visual Designers. You will work collaboratively within the team to create amazing experiences that exceed client expectations for a variety of global, high-profile B2B and B2C brands.

The purpose of the Senior UX Designer/Researcher role is two-fold. Firstly, you will support projects in the early Discovery Phases by undertaking UX Research tasks such as Stakeholder Interviews, Usability Tests, Analytics Reviews and Workshops. Secondly, you will turn the insights you have found from your research into recommendations, producing wireframes and working collaboratively with Visual Designers to bring your ideas to life.

To be a success in this role, you’ll need to be proficient in UX Research and Design practices such as wireframing, usability testing and prototyping. You will produce and deliver reports that summarise your findings, and help clients to define how to measure their digital success with objectives and KPIs. 

As this is a client-facing role, you will need to be comfortable dealing with people, and confident when communicating your research and ideas. The successful candidate would be expected to work collaboratively with senior client stakeholders and within the team, using their creativity and experience to find effective solutions to digital challenges.

Business Analyst/Product Owner

For our Manchester office we are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Product Team working on projects across multiple client accounts, both big and small, across a number of technologies. You’ll be working collaboratively as part of a close knit, fully integrated team to build and maintain world-class websites.

As a Business Analyst you will take the lead of product development teams providing vision and direction to both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with other team leads and clients to create a programme of tasks by gathering and developing requirements. You will then be responsible for planning and prioritising the product backlog and roadmap. 

You will take ownership of medium/large projects and act as the product advocate for both users and clients ensuring that users get the best possible experience and that the client’s business requirements are met ensuring a positive ROI. As part of building excellent products, you will be expected to plan and deliver workshops with all levels of stakeholders to elicit requirements.

Mentorship is an important part of the role. You will be assigned a mentee who you can guide your development as a Business Analyst and help with any related training, learning & development.

We are looking for someone who is a confident and knowledgeable leader with a strong appetite for product development. You should be able to build excellent relationships with both colleagues and clients alike. You will stay up to date with the latest tech trends, processes and best practices of the industry and be able to translate your knowledge into your role.

YOU:

  • Knowledge and experience in web development project lifecycles is essential
  • Knowledge and experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including hosting meetings, presentations and documentation, translating user/business requirements into tangible technical requirements
  • A detailed oriented person but does not lose sight of the big picture
  • Good experience of Content Management and E-Commerce Systems
  • Confident in planning and delivering workshops to all stakeholders

Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Manchester office. You will drive a number of web design and build projects through from initial concept to delivery. 

As Senior Digital Project Manager you will manage the full project life-cycle, from requirements capture, through solution design, build, test and deployment. You will also manage project risks, issues and dependencies, to deliver projects on time, on budget and to high quality.

You will work with a range of clients on several different projects and must be adept at managing and building client relationships and reporting on the status of projects. You will be the key contact for clients, advising them on cost, available resource, problems and solutions. Liaising and updating stakeholders on the status of projects, you will track the project deliverables and match those with agreed deadlines. You will continuously assess working methods and processes and make recommendations for improvement. Oversee projects’ financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes.

YOU:

  • Have experience project managing the development of large scale web and mobile sites on plan, on budget and to a high quality
  • Experienced in a range of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
  • Have previous experience as a ScrumMaster on an Agile delivery team and have a current ScrumMaster certification
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, keeping all project activities moving throughout the week by managing the project teams
  • Have experience of weekly project reporting to the client and Head of Projects on progress against time and budget
  • Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilities
  • Have experience of managing client and project budgets
  • Have experience of scope definition through creation of the Project Initiation Document and effective change management control during projects
  • Are able to lead the project team, holding project team stand-ups
  • Have experience of working with Client Services to support new work proposals and create project plans

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our Manchester-based experience design team to craft outstanding digital experiences, working on projects at all stages of the lifecycle for a range of high profile B2B and B2C clients. 

Working collaboratively within a team of UX/UI Designers, Product Owners and Data Analysts, together you will create amazing experiences, award-winning designs, and intuitive interfaces. But we’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable crafting immersive journeys as they are in taking the client on that design journey.

You will strive for every project to feature the best possible UX, surpass client expectations and support DEPT® in becoming a number one design destination in the UK.

YOU:

  • Have at least 5+ years of experience working within multidisciplinary teams for fast paced agencies
  • Are highly proficient in UI design and have an extremely good understanding of layout, grid systems, UI best practices, accessibility, design systems and responsive design
  • Have a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and understanding of digital graphic design and UI
  • Have experience working with atomic design and design systems, and using reusable components
  • Have extensive knowledge around design tools, in particular Figma, but Sketch and Adobe XD will also be advantageous
  • Are comfortable presenting to the wider team to educate and inspire and can confidently express the value of design to educate the wider team and/or clients
  • Are meticulous, with strong attention to detail, striving for pixel perfection
  • Have an awareness of client budget for projects that you are overseeing and have the ability to maintain the work within that budget and timescale
  • You will push to create award winning work and are comfortable providing and taking on board feedback
  • Are hard-working, passionate and enthusiastic about design and are eager to learn and grow with us
  • Can comfortably communicate and work closely with the development team throughout the discovery, definition and build phases of each project
  • Are comfortable advocating for and showcasing the creative work we produce and can confidently run internal and client workshops to present concepts, designs and processes
  • Are able to produce high quality concepts in limited time frames when supporting with pitch work and new business ideas
  • Have experience working with agile and waterfall processes as well as working in sprints
  • Have a desire to be pushed and challenged every day
  • Are strategic and solutions-focused and a natural problem solver
  • You understand the ‘why’ before diving head first into the creative pool
  • Have experience working with developers to achieve shared goals
