ARTDECO enhances its digital experience with the relaunch of its e-commerce platform

Beauty and makeup giant ARTDECO relaunched its online shop across nine countries and seven languages. The cosmetics label was assisted by digital agency Dept for the comprehensive digital realignment of the brand. The strategic goal of the relaunch was to establish ARTDECO’s webshop as the most important touchpoint in the customer journey and to digitally strengthen the market leadership position of the brand.

For the new e-commerce platform, Dept’s interdisciplinary team developed a completely new design that reinterprets ARTDECO’s corporate elements. The entire user experience is more personalised and provides users with plenty of inspiration. To optimise the user experience down to the smallest detail, the digital agency also developed a data-based microcopy concept.
