De asumir riesgos emocionales genuinos.<br><br>Sin embargo, las marcas nunca han operado bajo esas condiciones. Y aun as\u00ed, durante d\u00e9cadas, algunas han logrado sentirse inconfundiblemente aut\u00e9nticas. Si la autenticidad realmente dependiera de ser humano, nada de esto deber\u00eda funcionar. Otros no. Y el factor determinante se reduce a c\u00f3mo estos influencers gestionan la autenticidad.<br><br>Por un lado, encontramos influencers de IA que intentan recrear meticulosamente una ilusi\u00f3n de experiencia humana. Aunque apareci\u00f3 en el mundo digital como una autodenominada modelo de moda digital, sus publicaciones parec\u00edan tan reales que fueron celebradas con hashtags como #blackisbeautiful y compartidas ampliamente en p\u00e1ginas dedicadas a celebrar a mujeres de color.<br><br>Cuando se descubri\u00f3 que Shudu hab\u00eda sido creada por un hombre blanco (el fot\u00f3grafo brit\u00e1nico Cameron-James Wilson), las cr\u00edticas comenzaron a describirla como una proyecci\u00f3n \u00e9ticamente problem\u00e1tica.\u00a0<br><br>En otras palabras, el problema no era que Shudu fuera artificial. En lugar de intentar recrear perfectamente la experiencia humana, la actuaci\u00f3n que realizan se acerca m\u00e1s a la parodia.<br><br>En este grupo encontramos influencers de IA como Noonoouri, una estrella pop virtual con ojos caricaturescamente grandes y rasgos inspirados en el anime, creada por el dise\u00f1ador gr\u00e1fico alem\u00e1n Joerg Zuber.<br><br>\u201cVivo en la intersecci\u00f3n entre imaginaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n, donde lo mejor de todos los mundos se convierte en uno\u201d, escribe Noonoouri en la biograf\u00eda de su sitio web. \u201cEntra, mant\u00e9n la curiosidad y exploremos juntxs la belleza de lo posible\u201d.<br><br>A diferencia de Shudu, Noonoouri no intenta recrear la autenticidad humana. La define a su manera, y su artificialidad es una parte clave de esa ecuaci\u00f3n.<br><br>El debate en torno a los influencers de IA, entonces, no trata simplemente de si son capaces o no de ser aut\u00e9nticos. Asociamos lo \u201creal\u201d con la capacidad de fallar p\u00fablicamente, cambiar de opini\u00f3n, contradecirnos o decepcionar a una audiencia.<br><br>Los influencers de IA, en cambio, existen fuera de las consecuencias del mundo real. Sus dificultades no se sienten; se escriben. Su vulnerabilidad no se descubre; se dise\u00f1a. Y para muchas personas cr\u00edticas, esto hace que la verdadera autenticidad sea imposible para los influencers artificiales.<br><br>Pero esa cr\u00edtica depende de una definici\u00f3n demasiado limitada tanto de \u201cinfluencer\u201d como de \u201cautenticidad\u201d.<br><br>Despu\u00e9s de todo, algunos de los influencers m\u00e1s exitosos en internet ni siquiera son humanos. Mickey Mouse tiene m\u00e1s de tres millones de seguidores en Instagram. Mr. Peanut acumula millones de likes en TikTok. Incluso existen econom\u00edas enteras de influencers mascotas en redes sociales, sin que nadie pretenda que estos creadores est\u00e9n gestionando conscientemente sus marcas.<br><br>Lo que estos ejemplos revelan es algo que el marketing siempre ha sabido, aunque no siempre lo haya nombrado expl\u00edcitamente: la autenticidad no es un rasgo biol\u00f3gico. Es el resultado de la confianza.<br><br>Y para las marcas, esa confianza nunca ha funcionado de la misma manera que la autenticidad humana. Las marcas no la ganan siendo vulnerables en un sentido humano. La ganan siendo coherentes, intencionales y reconocibles a lo largo del tiempo. Actuando de formas que se sienten fieles a lo que han demostrado ser.<br><br>En este sentido, la autenticidad no es algo que se es. Es algo que se construye. Y nunca parece perder su poder.<br><br>La marca de joyer\u00eda Alexis Bittar ofrece una <a href=\"https:\/\/adage.com\/article\/marketing-news-strategy\/how-alexis-bittars-bittarverse-took-over-tiktok-and-drove-real-sales\/2605621\/\">a masterclass con el \u201cBittarverse,\u201d<\/a> un drama social serializado que sigue a la ficticia socialit\u00e9 neoyorquina Margaux Goldrich y a su sufrido asistente Jules. Se apoya completamente en su personaje.<br><br>Y precisamente por eso funciona.<br><br>El \u00e9xito de Granny Spills ilustra una lecci\u00f3n clave: una personalidad fuerte y un punto de vista claro son tanto decisiones creativas como estrat\u00e9gicas. Un personaje bien definido hace que el contenido sea m\u00e1s entretenido, m\u00e1s escalable y m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de gestionar. Crea claridad sobre qu\u00e9 dir\u00e1 la marca, c\u00f3mo lo dir\u00e1 y d\u00f3nde est\u00e1 el l\u00edmite.<br><br>Por el contrario, los influencers de IA que apuntan a la sutileza a menudo terminan en un territorio peligroso. Cuando las personas artificiales intentan imitar demasiado la autenticidad humana, corren el riesgo de parecer vac\u00edas o inquietantes. Peor a\u00fan, se vuelven dif\u00edciles de gestionar, porque sin un personaje fuerte no hay reglas claras. Y sin reglas claras, la consistencia se derrumba.<br><br>Y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la consistencia, el car\u00e1cter tambi\u00e9n ayuda a establecer se\u00f1ales de responsabilidad. Personajes con historia, punto de vista y l\u00edmites. Personajes dise\u00f1ados no para imitar a la humanidad, sino para expresar algo verdadero.<br><br>Antes de invertir en una persona virtual, pon a prueba tu estrategia con tres preguntas:<\/p>\n<ul\n\tclass=\"list text-sans-24 block-list__list\"\n\t>\n\t<li><strong>\u00bfEstamos construyendo un personaje o intentando pasar por una persona? <\/strong>Si el objetivo es el realismo, tambi\u00e9n implica asumir mayores expectativas en torno a la transparencia, la representaci\u00f3n y la confianza de la audiencia.
