Si tu brief no cumple con estos criterios, no est\u00e1 listo:<\/p>\n\n<ul\n\tclass=\"list text-sans-24 block-list__list\"\n\t>\n\t<li><strong>Legible para cualquiera <\/strong>\u2013 Si alguien reci\u00e9n contratadx (o tu vecinx) no puede entender ni el primer 10%, no est\u00e1 listo.<\/li><li><strong>Sintetiza y luego hipotetiza<\/strong> \u2013 Los datos son el insumo, el insight es el resultado y la estrategia es la apuesta.<\/li><li><strong>Asume un riesgo<\/strong> \u2013 Debe estar completamente equivocado o completamente en lo cierto. Un gran brief dice &#8220;si hacemos esto, superaremos cualquier otro enfoque&#8221;. No es una apuesta ambigua.<\/li><li><strong>Define ganar <\/strong>\u2013 Si no hay una definici\u00f3n compartida de &#8220;ganar&#8221;, no est\u00e1s haciendo un brief, est\u00e1s documentando.<\/li><li><strong>Es un documento de Word <\/strong>\u2013 No una presentaci\u00f3n ni una hoja de c\u00e1lculo. Se entrega a 14 equipos en seis zonas horarias distintas, con dependencias de ingenier\u00eda, legales, de medios y de localizaci\u00f3n. No es un brief para una caracter\u00edstica espec\u00edfica, sino para un sistema.<br><br>Aqu\u00ed es donde la mayor\u00eda de las organizaciones se rinden silenciosamente. Reemplazan el prop\u00f3sito con el proceso. Dejan de definir la estrategia y comienzan a esforzarse por crear consenso.<br><br>Pero es ah\u00ed cuando el brief importa m\u00e1s.<br><br>A gran escala, un verdadero brief no es un documento. Es un sistema operativo. Gobierna c\u00f3mo piensa la gente. Une funciones. Limita la desviaci\u00f3n. Crea claridad sin una sola reuni\u00f3n.
