I hate to love advertising

Big agencies are the worst. They are well known for their ego-driven, award-winning, bullshitting culture, but at the same time, they are the platforms that we sometimes need to actually make a difference. Creative people want to work there and clients want to work with them, so why bother changing this attitude if, so far, it has been working really well for all of us?… Or has it? Ana tries to answer these questions with the hope of changing the way we see this industry.
