How improv theatre made me a better developer

Improv theatre is the art of stepping into the unknown. It seems an impossible task: creating comedy, touching stories, or dramatic plays as a team – without a script. All improv players have to be actors, writers, and directors all at once. They can be all three because they follow rules. And these rules and tools work outside of the stage as well.
