We’re looking for a Paid Social Executive for our Dublin team. This is the opportunity to join an agency with a brilliant culture and a global footprint. You will have some experience implementing and running paid social campaigns across key social platforms (Meta, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn). You will be good with numbers, will be enthusiastic, proactive and with a keen appetite to learn and develop. You are a team player and have the ability to work well with others, getting the best out of them and yourself in the process. 

 

You have your finger on the digital pulse, with a good knowledge of all social platforms. You keep up to date on the latest developments across platforms.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Planning, setting up and running paid campaigns on social platforms – Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok etc.
  • Working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience with Facebook Product Catalogue and Instagram Shopping a bonus
  • Responsible for media management
  • Campaign ideation and copywriting
  • Responsible for reporting on campaigns (using tools, for example: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio dashboards etc.) and have an excellent ability of drawing insightful conclusions from the data. Google Analytics certification a plus. 
  • Inputting into the development of social strategies – making recommendations on trends, latest platforms, technologies, formats etc.
  • Coordinating creative assets with our Design Team 
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPIs and proactively managing the campaign throughout
  • Communicating with regards your thoughts and actions which may need to be taken, in respect to optimising campaigns
  • Have experience working in an agency or a busy in-house digital marketing team
  • Great at working on a team
  • Experience in using social tools – including the ability to use data to support your thinking
  • Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn etc.
  • General digital marketing knowledge a plus
  • Preparing reports along with recommendations

 

Requirements

 

  • Have at least 1 year experience running paid social media campaigns
  • Analytical skills (understanding of the results reported in Meta Ad Manager)
  • Have experience running campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc.
  • Passionate about social media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, and third-party ad tags
  • Great at working on a team
  • Great interpersonal skills and an excellent communicator – ability to articulate complex concepts/data in a clear and concise fashion
  • BONUS – Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint Certification
