From an\u00a0interactive bike configurator<\/a>\u00a0to a new\u00a0e-commerce store<\/a>, Triumph is optimising every touchpoint with its customers, using the powerful personalisation capabilities in Sitecore DXP.\u00a0\t<\/p>\n\n\n\t\tThe Sitecore Experience Awards (SEA) 2020 recognise brands that have built truly customer-centric digital experiences with Sitecore\u00ae technology. There are five regions that evaluated and approved all regional selections based on specific selection and scoring criteria.\t<\/p>\n\n\n\t\tAll category winners were automatically entered for the Ultimate Experience Award, an honor given to entrants whose digital transformation has elevated the customer experience.
