\n\t\t\t\t\n\n\t\tSitecore has entered into\u00a0definitive agreements<\/a>\u00a0to acquire Boxever Ltd, a SaaS-based optimisation solution, and Four51 Inc, a headless B2B e-commerce platform. The acquisitions follow Sitecore\u2019s January announcement of a\u00a0$1.2 billion investment plan<\/a>\u00a0to fuel aggressive growth and innovation.\t<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\tAs a\u00a0Gold partner agency<\/a>,\u00a0DEPT\u00ae welcomed the announcement, which demonstrates Sitecore\u2019s commitment to constantly evolve its market offering, accelerate the delivery of SaaS-based digital experience platforms, and embrace headless technology.\t<\/p>\n\n\n\t\tSteve Tzikakis, CEO of Sitecore, said: \u201cSitecore is paving a better path forward for brands that don\u2019t want to give up on offering powerful, individualized experiences.
