Over fantasievolle campagnes vol beleving voor de jongste doelgroep, over de combinatie van online \u00e9n offline en hoe dat allemaal tot meer merkvoorkeur leidt. We maakten een kort overzicht van de hoogtepunten.\u00a0<br><br>\t<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class='block-title-and-content__item'><div class='block-title-and-content__item-inner'><h2\t\tclass=\"typography block-typography__typography typography__color--onyxGrey typography__size--h6 typography__align--left\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tHet grote speelgoedboek\t<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class='block-title-and-content__item'><div class='block-title-and-content__item-inner'><p\t\tclass=\"typography block-typography__typography typography__color--onyxGrey typography__size--regular-body typography__align--left\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tBol.com heeft een aantal jaar geleden voor het eerst Het Grote Speelgoedboek uitgebracht. Een slimme zet, waarbij de klantreis echt centraal staat en waarbij de voorpret misschien nog het allerbelangrijkst is. Mathieu gaf ons een kijkje achter de schermen. Drie outtakes:\u00a0\t<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class='block-title-and-content__item'><div class='block-title-and-content__item-inner'><ul class=\"lists lists__color--richBlack lists__type--circle lists__size--default lists__align--left block-lists__lists\">\n\t<li><strong>Meet succes op een menselijke manier.<\/strong> Aldus Mathieu, naar aanleiding van de vraag: hoe wordt succes gemeten? \u201cHet allermooist is eigenlijk om te kijken naar wat er gebeurt in real life. In de winter loop ik altijd een extra rondje en dan maak ik foto\u2019s van elke poster die ik zie hangen.\u201d\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Onderscheiden en waarde toevoegen.<\/strong> De speelgoedmarkt is erg competitief. Om continu voorop te blijven lopen blijft bol.com verder kijken naar hoe ze waarde kunnen toevoegen aan het leven van mensen. \u201cOnderscheiden en waarde toevoegen; daar zitten de sleutelwoorden in\u201d, vertelt Mathieu.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Online heeft offline nodig, en andersom.<\/strong> Mathieu is het sterk eens met de stelling dat zonder een sterke online strategie, je niet meer mee kan in de speelgoedwereld. \u201cVoor kinderen is online hun wereld, samen met de offline wereld. Dus ik denk dat het belangrijk is om dingen te maken die aansluiten op de totale belevingswereld van kinderen. Daarom hebben we ook gekozen voor het boek als basis, fysiek. En dan is de tweede stap de app, online. Deze twee blenden heel mooi in elkaar over en zorgen ervoor dat het plezier rondom het hele proces wordt vergroot. Precies zoals de on- en offline wereld van kinderen ook helemaal is geblend.\u201d<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class='block-title-and-content__item'><div class='block-title-and-content__item-inner'><h2\t\tclass=\"typography block-typography__typography typography__color--onyxGrey typography__size--h6 typography__align--left\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tOnline gaming in de offline wereld\t<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class='block-title-and-content__item'><div class='block-title-and-content__item-inner'><p\t\tclass=\"typography block-typography__typography typography__color--onyxGrey typography__size--regular-body typography__align--left\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tVanwege de steeds grotere concurrentie van online gaming, is er minder tijd voor fysiek speelgoed. Nerf (onderdeel van Hasbro) dacht daarom: if you can\u2019t beat them, join them. Ze organiseerden een \u201cBattle Royale\u201d waar de doelgroep kon strijden samen met hun favoriete game-influencers. Met slimme online assets, recruiting en een film heeft Hasbro een succesvolle en effectieve campagne gelanceerd. Hier drie outtakes:\u00a0\t<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class='block-title-and-content__item'><div class='block-title-and-content__item-inner'><ul class=\"lists lists__color--richBlack lists__type--circle lists__size--default lists__align--left block-lists__lists\">\n\t<li><strong>Van onsympathiek naar sympathiek<\/strong>. Jorn vertelt dat het merk Nerf door ouders vrij snel als agressief wordt gezien. \u201cDoor ouders te laten zien hoe kinderen het merk beleven en wat kinderen doen met Nerf Blasters, wordt die perceptie van het agressieve van het merk weggetrokken. De focus van Nerf is kids naar buiten krijgen en rond laten rennen met de blasters.\u201d\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Gefragmenteerde media biedt kansen.<\/strong> \u201cKinderen spenderen hun tijd op verschillende devices, verschillende platformen met verschillende activiteiten. Dit biedt Nerf heel mooi de kans om de doelgroep te bereiken met boodschappen die relevant zijn \u2013 op de juiste plekken aanwezig zijn op het moment dat het voor een kind ertoe doet, biedt heel veel mogelijkheden.\u201d\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Campagnes moeten ethisch blijven.<\/strong> Campagnes cre\u00ebren is een ethische kwestie en hier hoort verantwoordelijk mee om te gaan vindt Jorn. \u201cNerf probeert weg te blijven van zaken zoals dataverzameling en retargeting van kinderen. Natuurlijk wil het merk vanuit hun filosofie de fantasiewerelden van kinderen aanwakkeren en ze bereiken met mooie campagnes &#8211; maar dan op een ethisch verantwoorde
