At DEPT®, we value continuous growth by learning and working. As a trainee you will vary between theory and practice. From the beginning of your traineeship, you will work on weekly cases that support the theory. This starts out with fictive cases, but we will quickly shift you to real clients, such as Hans Anders, JYSK, and GoodHabitz. In the end, our goal is to offer you the freedom to take on your own projects independently in preparation for your new role. This will go beyond just data: think about consultancy skills in project management; communication with clients; improving presentation skills; and much more.
