We call this week-long process an AI sprint. Similar to a design spirit<\/a>, an AI sprint is a workshop that considers the market, business objectives, users, and technology to quickly and efficiently generate ideas<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0

Our product team has now completed several AI sprints, and here\u2019s what we\u2019ve seen work well and lead to AI proof of concepts (POCs).\u00a0\t<\/p><\/div>\n\n

\n\t\tWe did a sprint with a brand whose product is a location-based app that helps users find relevant places. This team\u2019s goal was to offer its users something unique to capture market share. And because anything AI-related is a bit of a race, they needed working ideas ASAP.

So we scheduled a six-day AI sprint and declared the following north stars for the team:\u00a0\t<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n
