Iedereen kan bij het Juridisch Loket terecht voor het oplossen van sociaal juridische vraagstukken en problemen op een maatschappelijk verantwoorde en rechtvaardige manier. Een herzieningsprogramma van de Tweede Kamer, in combinatie met veranderende landelijke omstandigheden vanwege de coronacrisis, vroegen gezamenlijk om een Juridisch Loket 2.0. E\u00e9n waarbij digitaal naar de voorgrond treedt, terwijl de missie om burgers te helpen de boventoon blijft voeren. Het is volgens hem hoog tijd om de voorzieningen voor burgers met juridische problemen te herzien. De focus moet liggen op toegankelijkheid en laagdrempeligheid. Het Juridisch Loket wordt aangewezen als de partij die in samenwerking met de Vereniging Nederlandse Gemeenten een oplossing moet gaan ontwikkelen. Het zwaartepunt verschuift naar online dienstverlening en de heruitvinding van het Juridisch Loket is daarmee onontkoombaar. Zaak dus om snel te schakelen en op effici\u00ebnte wijze stappen te zetten. En Dept? Die gaat het Juridisch Loket hierin te ondersteunen.\u00a0\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\t<div typography__align--left\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tTerug naar de basis: om een Juridisch Loket 2.0 te faciliteren stelden we eerst de huidige situatie vast. Brainstormsessies volgden, waarin we gezamenlijk met alle stakeholders de prioriteiten in kaart brachten. Ook keken we naar de te nemen stappen voor de nabije toekomst. Deze waren onder te verdelen in drie werkstromen: het verbeteren van de gebruikerservaring op de website, het bouwen van een chatbot die vragen snel en effectief beantwoordt, en de creatie van digitale nummers voor de opslag en overdracht van data. Dit alles met als doel het vergroten van de naamsbekendheid onder alle burgers, het hooghouden van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en het vergroten van de digitale We lieten telkens nieuwe features aan gebruikers zien en alleen de best presterende toepassingen zijn uiteindelijk ge\u00efmplementeerd in de website. Denk hierbij aan kleinere elementen zoals titels en buttons, maar ook aan inhoudelijke toepassingen. Zo waren modelbrieven in de website voorheen alleen te downloaden in Word \u2014 niet erg toegankelijk voor personen die geen gebruikmaken van Microsoft Office. In de nieuwe versie van de website kunnen modelbrieven worden geopend en gekopieerd in de browser, zonder dat Word hieraan te pas hoeft te
