Head of Amazon Vendor & Seller Management (m/f/div)

For our office in Cologne we are looking for a Head of Amazon Vendor & Seller Management (m/f/div) who takes our retail team, the core of factor-a, to the next level with his/her vision.

As Head of Amazon Vendor & Seller Management (m/f/div) you will lead and develop the retail team as well as develop the services with a retail perspective. This is where your innovative mindset is needed as we offer you the freedom to put your ideas into practice. You will be responsible for instilling our customers with confidence in our services. In difficult customer situations or escalations, you will act as a tiebreaker. You will be responsible for the training and development of retail team members.  You will coach the team members and give them confidence in challenging situations. You will also represent the retail team and associated services within factor-a. You will develop a structure in which you lead each team member to take responsibility of his/her own work and customers.  


  • Cologne
  • Germany-wide remote (with the willingness to come to the Cologne office several times a month)


  • Have at least 6 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency environment or having worked with agencies
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in managing teams or service units
  • Have experience in Amazon Vendor and Seller Central
  • Take charge and actively shape the retail territory at FACTOR-A/DEPT® as well as our service portfolio
  • Support close cooperation and exchange with other departments in the DEPT® network at the client level and as a professional sparring partner
  • Have many years of experience in project management
  • Maintain an overview and structure yourself and your work independently
  • Create development plans for your team members
  • Conduct job interviews and onboarding of new employees
  • Have a self-confident, competent and empathetic appearance with which you manage to convince colleagues as well as customers of your ideas.
  • Have a very good command of German and English
