You would get an essential role in supporting our Craft leads and client service team ensuring healthy management of our business across new and existing clients.

The day-to-day work

As Account Director in the Design & Technology team, you are playing an essential role in  establishing and maintaining the best possible relationships with our clients. You are able to understand our services and build long-lasting relationships with clients. Besides supporting our sales lead in attracting new clients, you will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, new service propositions, outline proposals, and running pitches.

You have a passion for design, technology, and hold experience in UX design, digital design, branded eCommerce, front-end- and back-end development. You know how to convince clients to work with DEPT®. You do so by asking the right questions at the right time, utilizing your sales experience, and building solid relationships with potential clients and partners.

 
About Design & Technology in DEPT®

In Design & Technology DK we are 25 dedicated people consisting of UX Designers, Front-End Developers, and Digital Designers. We develop e-commerce platforms and websites for bigger high-end brands.   

We are eager to bring on board the most talented experts in the game, but we are also looking for a perfect fit. Someone who is eager to learn and strives toward a better world, takes the stage, is a futurist at heart, and someone who is down to cheer with us to a successful week as well! 

Other than your solid people skills you also have:

  • Around 5 years of experience in account management and customer-facing role from a  digital agency.
  • Proven experience and outstanding results in business development and projects in Design and Technology service lines (UX design, digital design, and development)
  • A valuable personal network with key stakeholders and clients in the Danish market. 
  • Speak Danish and English fluently.
