The Copenhagen DEPT® office expands their service portfolio by creating a local data & intelligence department led by Kristoffer Hald.

The DEPT® office in Copenhagen, known for their work for brands like Muuto, JYSK, Magasin, SteelSeries and GANNI, expands their services within data intelligence. Data has always been a big part of DEPT®’s DNA and has been integral in all aspects of the business, but now there will be an even greater focus on the possibilities within the field.

With the expansion, DEPT® now offers services within CRO, digital analytics, BI and data science. A number of clients have already incorporated these initiatives into their marketing efforts.

Kristoffer Hald, Data & Intelligence Director: “We have already launched CRO projects for SteelSeries, among others, where we can already see great results from the initiatives and tests with a solid growth of conversion rates and revenue. The need for data integration is increasing and we have the competencies to provide this service for our clients. We are now ready to deliver this directly from our office in Copenhagen, which we see as a completely natural extension of our services that meet our clients’ needs. ”

Kristoffer Hald has been with DEPT® since 2017, where he has created great results and played an important role in the JYSK team, working with data across more than 20 markets throughout Europe. These projects and initiatives secured JYSK and DEPT® the first prize in the ROI category at the Danish Digital Awards in 2020.

The new competencies will heighten the focus on data and enable the office in Copenhagen to offer several different solutions to both existing and future customers, where data is the focal point and not only a part of other marketing disciplines.

Lasse Rasmussen, Managing Director: “We already have a dedicated team that mainly works with data & intelligence, but the plan is that by 2022 we will add even more forces within cloud services, data engineering and data science. DEPT® is responsible for gathering creativity, technology and data, and with the expansion of the department we become even more true to our core competencies and values. We look forward to giving a lot of companies the opportunity to choose the new solutions that come with it.”
