As soon as you join DEPT\u00ae, you automatically participate in our flexible pension scheme. Higher disability pensions in case of illness and an additional lump-sum death benefit depending on the annual salary. DEPT\u00ae pays 65% instead of 50% of the premiums. This results in more benefits and at the same time lower deductions for the employees.

In addition, there is the option to switch to Plan B. This is voluntary and means that an additional 2% is deducted from your insured salary, which is credited in full to the retirement capital. It can be used later, for example, for home ownership promotion or early retirement.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n
