typography__align--left\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tDer erste Schritt zur Personalisierung ist die Verwendung der Vornamen Ihrer Kund:innen in der Kommunikation. Es ist viel einfacher, eine Beziehung aufzubauen, wenn man sich mit dem Vornamen anspricht. Diese einfach zu realisierende, scheinbar kleine Verbesserung hat eine gro\u00dfe Wirkung; sie zeigt direkt den Wert der Personalisierung. Bei unserem Testlauf mit der K\u00f6rperpflegemarke erh\u00f6hte sich die \u00d6ffnungsrate von E-Mails durch Hinzuf\u00fcgen des Vornamens der Kund:innen um erstaunliche 14,45 %.\u00a0<br><br>DEPT\u00ae setzte diesen Test f\u00fcr die K\u00f6rperpflegemarke um, indem wir drei Segmente erstellten: Frauen unter 35 Jahren, Frauen \u00fcber 35 Jahren und M\u00e4nner. Nach der Implementierung stieg die CTR der E-Mails um 7,64 % f\u00fcr Frauen und um satte 93,90 % f\u00fcr M\u00e4nner!<br><br>Diese &#8220;low-hanging fruit&#8221; zu realisierenden Optimierungen f\u00fchren immer zu einer Performance-Steigerung.
