Retail Management auf Amazon ein. Das Team ist auf die ganzheitliche Betreuung von gro\u00dfen Marken und Herstellern spezialisiert, die ihr E-Commerce-Business nachhaltig und international vorantreiben wollen.  Zu den Kunden z\u00e4hlen unter anderem JBL, Barilla und Yamaha.<br><br>Innerhalb kurzer Zeit wuchs die Agentur zu einem der gr\u00f6\u00dften Amazon Spezialisten in Europa heran und wurde 2018 Teil von DEPT\u00ae. Seitdem baut das Team rund um die bisherigen Managing Directors Nils Z\u00fcndorf und Roberto Russo die Marktplatz Unit der internationalen Digitalagentur DEPT\u00ae aus.<br><br>Nun verst\u00e4rkt FACTOR-A\/DEPT\u00ae sein Management aus den eigenen Reihen. Als Operations Director ist Lara M\u00fcller schon seit August 2021 im Management aktiv und verantwortet die Prozesse s\u00e4mtlicher operativen Teams. Zuvor baute sie als Head of Content das Editorial Team auf. In ihrer neuen Position wird sie weiterhin die Steuerung der operativen Units verantworten sowie den Bereich People &amp; Culture \u00fcbernehmen.<br><br>\u201cLara startete kurz nach der Gr\u00fcndung als Praktikantin und erste Mitarbeiterin bei uns.
