Da Lowlands jedes Jahr Zehntausende von Besucher:innen anlockt, erm\u00f6glichte die Partnerschaft Bol, die Festivalbesucher mit einer <a href=\"https:\/\/lowlands.bol.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kuratierten Auswahl an grundlegenden Produkten<\/a> zu erreichen, die Bequemlichkeit und Festivalstimmung miteinander verbinden.<br><br>Die verf\u00fcgbaren Produkte wurden handverlesen und auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Festivalbesucher zugeschnitten. Zum Beispiel: Toilettenartikel, Campingausr\u00fcstung, Handy-Ladeger\u00e4te, tragbare Lautsprecher und Sonnenbrillen. Der Shop musste eine nahtlose, benutzerfreundliche Plattform sein, die einen gro\u00dfen Zustrom von Besucher:innen bew\u00e4ltigen konnte. Au\u00dferdem musste er vor und w\u00e4hrend des Festivalwochenendes ge\u00f6ffnet sein.<br><br>Unsere Erfahrung in den Bereichen Commerce und UX war entscheidend f\u00fcr den Erfolg des Projekts. Es ist keine leichte Aufgabe, innerhalb eines ehrgeizigen Zeitplans einen voll funktionsf\u00e4higen Shop zu liefern und gleichzeitig sicherzustellen, dass er die Marke bol und das einzigartige Festivalerlebnis widerspiegelt.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"block-assets-and-copy js-block-assets-and-copy\"\n\tdata-variant=\"full-width-content\"\n\tdata-content-align=\"center\"\n>\n\t<h2\tclass=\"text text-sans-48 block-assets-and-copy__title\"\n\tdata-animation=\"slide\" data-animation-target=\"words\" >Nahtlose Integration mit der Lagerl\u00f6sung von bol<\/h2><div\tdata-animation=\"slide-fade\" data-animation-target=\"inner-items-separate\" data-animation-delay=\"0.15\" data-animation-stagger=\"0.2\" class=\"block-assets-and-copy__content\" >\n\t<p\tclass=\"text text-sans-24 block-assets-and-copy__text\"\n\t>Eine wesentliche Anforderung war die Echtzeit-Synchronisation von Produktverf\u00fcgbarkeit, Auftragsabwicklung und Lagerbest\u00e4nden. Wenn ein Festivalgast ein Produkt bestellte, musste bol absolut sicher sein, dass es auf Lager war.<br><br>Die technische Integration erforderte eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Team von bol und unseren Entwickler:innen. Diese Integration unterst\u00fctzte bol bei der Verwaltung ihres kuratierten Festivalinventars im Shopify-Shop zusammen mit dem Festivalteam vor Ort, w\u00e4hrend gleichzeitig die hohe Nachfrage, die bei der Veranstaltung erwartet wurde, bew\u00e4ltigt werden konnte.<br><br>Durch den Einsatz einer robusten Lagerverwaltungsl\u00f6sung konnten wir Bestandsaktualisierungen direkt mit dem Shopify-Shop synchronisieren. Dadurch wurde sichergestellt, dass jeder Verkauf sofort in beiden Systemen ber\u00fccksichtigt wurde. Dieser einheitliche Commerce-Ansatz erm\u00f6glichte es den Festivalg\u00e4sten, ihre Eink\u00e4ufe bequem \u00fcber den Shopify-Shop von bol vorzubestellen und vor Ort abzuholen, aber auch spontane Eink\u00e4ufe vor Ort zu t\u00e4tigen.<br><br>Das Shopify-Kassensystem war f\u00fcr diese Strategie von zentraler Bedeutung, da es eine flexible, mobilfreundliche L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Abwicklung von Verk\u00e4ufen direkt auf dem Festival bot. Dieser Erfolg ist gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils auf die einfache und wiedererkennbare UX\/UI der Website, die einfachen Bestell- und Abholprozesse und die kuratierten Produktlisten zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.<br><br>Gute News f\u00fcr k\u00fcnftige Lowlands-G\u00e4ste: bol wird den Shop f\u00fcr mindestens zwei weitere Jahre fortf\u00fchren, und DEPT\u00ae wird die Website weiterhin optimieren, neue Funktionen hinzuf\u00fcgen und die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit vor und w\u00e4hrend des Festivals
