Um die Datenintegration und das Reporting effizient und zielf\u00fchrend zu optimieren, bat Homeday DEPT\u00ae um Hilfe. Die Daten-Expert:innen von DEPT\u00ae f\u00fchrten zun\u00e4chst eine Analyse des bestehenden Technologie-Setups durch, um die Herausforderungen und gew\u00fcnschte Zielsetzung zu pr\u00e4zisieren. Oberstes Ziel war, die digitalen Interaktionen mit den Kund:innen besser nachzuvollziehen und die Erkenntnisse f\u00fcr Akquise und Konvertierungsoptimierung zu nutzen.<\/li><li><strong>Business Intelligence Setup:<\/strong>\u00a0Integration und Konsolidierung aller relevanten Datenquellen in ein skalierbares und performantes Data Warehouse, welches als \u201csingle source of truth\u201d f\u00fcr alle Daten dient und die Grundlage f\u00fcr marketingrelevante Entscheidungen schafft. Das neue Setup beinhaltet state-of-the-art Komponenten wie Fivetran, Snowflake und Power BI.<\/li><li><strong>Customer Journey:<\/strong>\u00a0Weiterentwicklung des Attributionsmodells, um die Performance der verschiedenen Marketingkan\u00e4le im Unternehmen zu analysieren und die Marketingausgaben entsprechend anzupassen. Dies beinhaltete auch die Verkn\u00fcpfung der Daten aus TV-Spots, um die gesamte Customer Journey abbilden und verstehen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/li><li><strong>Enablement:<\/strong>\u00a0Schulung und zielgerichtete Trainings der Mitarbeiter:innen, sodass diese die neu integrierten Daten und etablierten KPIs f\u00fcr das Reporting, individuelle Analysen und die ganzheitliche Unternehmenssteuerung nutzen k\u00f6nnen. Das BI-Team wurde so geschult, dass es die Weiterentwicklung des Data Warehouses komplett \u00fcbernehmen kann und so f\u00fcr die Zukunft ger\u00fcstet
